The EZM-V107 was created by Moshe Etzioni, inspired by the beloved microphone. Neumann TLM 103 plus some improvements.To the new model, he added a slight facelift that upgrades the work experience and options offered by the microphone.Etzioni added two more absorption textures (two more polar patterns in the direction of the microphone) Cardioid and Omni with the addition of a filter for lowering low frequencies.The microphone is carefully handcrafted, after assembling the electronic assembly each microphone is tested and calibrated compared to the original microphone to allow the customer to purchase a microphone of the highest quality while maintaining a convenient and accessible price.The electronic program that Moshe uses is the original program of the Neumann company and the electronic components that are installed in the microphone are carefully selected, are faithful to the original and in some of them even exceed the quality of the original parts.Unlike the original TLM 103, the EZM-V107 is equipped with a Cinemag output transformer.This transformer gives such a fine and warm hue as that of the microphones manufactured in the seventies and eighties.The capsule in a 34 mm microphone is bi-directional and has a very low working noise.The microphone can handle high pressure levels – up to 135DB without distortion.The EZM-V107 is intended for studio use and is suitable for recordings of vocals, drums, guitar amplifiers, piano and high-intensity musical instruments.To ensure clean recording, along with the microphone comes a dedicated windshield and shock mount.
